They don’t need some secret workout plan that was hidden behind the Iron Curtain and found in a mustical cave by a D1 coach who part times as an archeologist. They need to layer their approach. Physical (strength, diet, sleep, rehabilitation), Mental Performance and Cognitive, Spiritual (faith and values), and Relational (friends, family, team, community).

When physical preparation reaches parity, the advantage goes to the athlete who can:
