About Peregrine Rising Mental Performance

Located in Sanford, North Carolina, Peregrine Rising was founded by Dr. Tyler, who holds a Doctorate in Sport and Performance Psychology and has competed in competitive team sports at the collegiate level (ice hockey), competed in individual sports (triathlon and CrossFit), and in motorsports (rock crawling). He worked as the lead researcher and presenter at Resilience Through Movement Foundation, giving seminars to coaches and athletes on the science behind the benefits of physical activity for mental health, and he also served in the U.S. Army with multiple combat deployments.

At Peregrine Rising Mental Performance, we believe that building stronger athletes begins with building stronger people. Our mission is to help athletes not only sharpen their mental skills for sport, but also apply those same skills to life beyond the game. We focus on understanding the unique needs of each athlete and team, tailoring our approach to bring out their best. Through personalized strategies, practical tools, and a commitment to growth, we help individuals rise to their full potential on the field, in the classroom, and in life.
