Mental Performance Reset - 4 week package
Are you interested in mental performance training but you are unsure if you want to go all in on the investment in yourself? This 4-week package offers an introduction to mental performance training at a reduced rate to help you see if its right for you while also protecting your wallet.
We are offering the 4-Week Mental Performance Reset which is designed to get you introduced to mental performance training and help you recover from your current sport season in preparation for whatever you have next. Whether you are an endurance athlete, a team athlete, or a coach, there are major benefits to training the mind along with the body.
Unlike the 4 x one-on-one package, which is completely customizable, this 4 Week Mental Performance Reset will follow a specific framework but will still be individualized to your needs within these focused topics.
Week 1: Self-Awareness - What are your needs and how do you recognize and define the signals your body is giving you? We will discuss the foundation of all performance and how to develop self-awareness that allows you to understand your body and to prepare for confident performance.
Week 2: Self-Regulation - Once you understand how your body is communicating to you, we discuss and train how you can control arousal, focus, and anxiety? This week we discuss the tools needed to take control and decide how you choose how you respond to the situation rather than letting your emotions choose how to respond for you.
Week 3: Confidence & Routines - Teaching you to control your environment is key to developing confidence and consistency. During this week we will develop your pre- and post- competition routine so that you get the most out of your time.
Week 4: Competition Prep - Using vizualization techniques to put you in game-day situations will be key this week. We will also finish by covering a long-term plan to support your focus and training going forward.
What Happens After You Sign Up?
After purchasing a coaching package, whether it is one session or a year’s worth, you will receive a confirmation email with the next steps to begin your training which will include the following:
1. Scheduling a 30-Minute Consulation
During this call or video chat we will:
Discuss your goals and current challenges
Determine if the program is a good fit for you
Agree on coaching dates, session times, and meeting format (video, phone, in-person, etc.)
This consultation helps ensure your coaching experience is intentional, structured, and aligned with your needs. While the topics are set for this package, they are still individualized to your specfic needs and focus.
2. Complete Required Forms
Before coaching sessions can begin, the following must be completed:
Client Intake Form – helps me to tailor the coaching to your goals and background (filled out when you purchase a package).
Liability Waiver – required for participation in coaching sessions (emailed to you with initial email).
3. Begin Your Coaching Sessions
Once your consultation is completed and forms are submitted, we will begin your scheduled coaching sessions and start working toward your performance goals. If you are under 18, you will be required to have a parent or guardian available during your coaching session. Parents will receive a sit-down prior to the start of the 4-Weeks and again at the end. These sessions will give general updates on progress and direction and I will also spend time to give some training to the parents as well.
Once coaching sessions begin, you can expect a few things for each sessions:
Each session to be approximately 60-minutes.
We will begin with a check in to see where you are. This includes asking three questions: “Where are you right now?” Which helps me to determine your focus and distractions; “What is your battery level?” To help me determine how much energy you have for training; “What do you hope to get out of this session?” Helps me tailor the day to your needs.
You will receive a journal prompt weekly via e-mail, text, or face to face meetings (whichever you prefer). These journal prompts are meant to help you build self-awareness.
You will be given a worksheet for homework that covers some of the topics covered during the session. (E-mailed out within 24 hours after each session).
If you sign up for a package deal, you have e-mail access to me between sessions for any questions you might have. Unless otherwise stated, I will respond to your e-mail within 48 hours.
