Where Do You Begin?

4-Week Mental Performance Reset: The simplest place to start is the reset. This is a 4-Week program that helps atheltes reset pre- or post-season. It is designed to help with improving confidence, controlling overthinking, performing consistently under pressure, increasing psychological flexibility, and building consistent routines. Athletes receive weekly one-on-one sessions with Coach Tyler, a worksheet to keep them focused through the week, a parent communication guide (for youth athletes under 18), and a personalized action plan to follow after the reset finishes. One-on-One Coaching: This option is best suited for athletes who truly want to see their performance skyrocket. It is fully customizable depending on their schedule and needs. This includes weekly meetings with Coach Tyler, a customized plan of action, and follow-up. Additional options include game-day support and check in’s, after action reviews after games or try-outs, and emergency outreach. Learn More Here.

Team Coaching: If you want to see your club go to the next level, having mental performance training incorporated into your season is the key. Packages include weekly sessions with Coach Tyler as well as individual training for athletes who need it the mots. This package also focuses on preparing coaches to handle mental perforance needs during games and throughout the season. For full season packages, Coach Tyler offers sessions just for coaches, just parents, and just team leadership (captains, assistant captains, and influential players). Learn More Here.

Free Team or Parenting Workshops: Coach Tyler believes in mental performance training enough that he offers a limited number of free workshops throughout the year for league staff, schools, coaches, parents, and travel organizations. These can focus on the topics you perceive are needed to be focused on or general overview. Use the contact form the inquire about free team or parenting workshops. Common topics include: Buildings and Breaking Confidence: How to Help Your Youth Athletes (great for 8U-12U); Supporting Love for the Game (Great for coaches and league owners to understand how to develop intrinsic motivation and love for the sport); Communication and Team Culture (Great for 12U and up).

Public Speaking Engagements: Through years of education, training, military experience, coaching, playing sports, and traveling the world, Coach Tyler has gained insight and a broad worldview, as well as some funny stories. He loves public speaking opportunities to share the theories of performance psychology through real-world applications and interesting antidotes. These engagements are great for discussing leadership attributes, bringing performance psychology strategies to parenting, coaching, or your workspace, and growing as an organization.
