Check-in, then Perform

Every meeting with an athlete starts with 3 simple questions that can reveal a mountain of information. How an athlete responds to these questions lets me know how hard I can push during training, if training objectives need to change, and what steps we need to take prior to starting the training for the day. I want to recommend that you take a moment to watch this short video and think about how you can incorporate this simple check-in for your daily training and life.

This is something that is beneficial to coaches, parents, and athletes alike.
